Professor David Greatbatch uses both quantitative and qualitative techniques to analyse evidence collected from a variety of sources, including: interviews, focus groups, consultation events, questionnaires, surveys, case studies, on-site observation and desk research.  He provides clients with thorough and clearly written reports and, if required, communicates findings and recommendations in presentations, stakeholder workshops and conferences.

Professor David Greatbatch works with a network of other consultancies, universities and highly experienced associates. Drawing in additional expertise as required, he assembles project teams that are tailored to the specific needs of individual clients and which combine applied research and evaluation expertise with academic rigour and subject knowledge.
